About Us

We are a non-profit and faith based organization that offer free primary care, specialized health screenings, and harm reduction services. These resources are primarily designed for uninsured individuals, low-income populations, and those facing systemic barriers to healthcare.

At St. Anne's Care Foundation, we are dedicated to improving the lives of the poor and needy in rural communities across Africa, and assist government efforts in helping thd homeless and struggling communities around the world.

We are located in Guelph Ontario, Canada and our African Headquarters is located in Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria.

Our Mission:

Our mission is to provide a lifeline for the undeserved, by offering not just temporary relief but fostering sustainable change in people's lives.

Our work is driven by the belief that everyone deserves access to basic healthcare, food and shelter and the opportunity to live a healthy and dignified life.  In rural areas, where infrastructure is often lacking and poverty is pervasive, our interventions have been geared towards making a significant impact. We organize free medical outreaches in communities where the inhabitants cannot afford to pay for medical tests, medicines or get medical aids like wheelchairs, walkers, canes, c-pap machines or prescription drugs.

During our free medical outreach events,  we provide medications, clothings, food items etc.
